Honey Greek Yogurt and Cherry Smoothie

YIELD: Makes 3, 8 oz. servings

INGREDIENTS

12 oz. - red cherries, fresh, pitted, frozen

1/2 oz. - beet juice, fresh

8 1/2 oz. - 2 % greek yogurt

3 oz. - honey

3 T - almonds, sliced, toasted (garnish)

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Pour 3, 8 oz. portions and serve immediately with a tablespoon of toasted, sliced almonds to garnish.
