Sweetly Curried Dipping Sauce
YIELD: Makes 1 1/3 cups
INGREDIENTS
1 cup - nonfat sour cream
6 T - honey
2 T - cider vinegar
2 tsp. - curry powder
1/2 tsp. - ground cumin
1/4 tsp. - salt
2 T - fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except cilantro in small bowl until well blended. Stir in cilantro. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with assorted sliced vegetables.
