Berry Rhubarb Sauce
YIELD: Makes 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
2 cups (12 oz.) - chopped rhubarb
6 oz. - raspberries
6 oz. - strawberries
1/4 cup - water
3 T plus 1 tsp. - honey, (more as needed)
DIRECTIONS
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce has thickened and reduced. Remove from heat to cool. Refrigerate.
