Fruit and Oats Smoothie

YIELD: Makes 2-16 oz. smoothies

INGREDIENTS

1 cup - Greek yogurt

1/2 cup - Quaker rolled oats

1/4 cup - honey

3/4 cup - almond milk

1 cup - frozen strawberries

1 cup - frozen peaches

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until the fruit is broken up a bit, then blend on high until all the ingredients are smooth.

Serve Immediately.

TIP

You can add additional almond milk as needed if your blender is having a hard time getting all the ingredients blended to a smooth consistency.
