Honey Basil Sorbet

YIELD: Makes 1 1/2 quart


3 cups - water

1 cup - honey

1/2 cup - basil leaves

2 T - lemon juice

1 pinch - cardamom powder


Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until basil is minced.

Pour mixture into an ice cream machine and follow the machine's instructions.

Let sorbet crystallize until desired texture.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container and freeze
