Honey Chicken Salad
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. - chicken, grilled and rested
6 oz. - red delicious apple, grilled
2 oz. - pine nuts, toasted
4 T - mayonnaise
1 tsp. - kosher salt
1/2 tsp. - black pepper
4 T - green onion, diced
1 T - wildflower honey
DIRECTIONS
Julienne the grilled (unseasoned) chicken breast. Combine with remaining ingredients and reserve for service.
