Honey Lavender Cookies

YIELD: Makes 4 dozen

INGREDIENTS

14 oz. - granulated sugar

4 oz. - whole frozen fortified eggs, thawed one day

1 1/4 cup - vegetable oil

1/2 cup - honey

1 lb., 3 oz. - flour

2 tsp. - cinnamon

1 T, 2 3/4 tsp. - baking soda

1/2 tsp. - salt

1 pinch - dried lavender buds

DIRECTIONS

Blend the first four ingredients, stir in the last four.

Scoop with 1 oz. scoop, roll in sugar and place on baking sheet with paper. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
