Vietnamese Honey Cold Brew

YIELD: Makes 2 (12 oz.) servings


4 fl. oz. - Honey-Condensed Milk Syrup (recipe below)

16 fl. oz. - cold brew

ice, as needed

For Honey-Condensed Milk Syrup:

8 fl. oz. - Honey Simple Syrup

1 fl. oz. - condensed milk


In the bottom of a pint glass, add the Honey-condensed milk syrup, followed by the cold brew and stir with a bar spoon.

Add enough ice to top the glass and serve.

For Honey-Condensed Milk Syrup:

Add Honey Simple Syrup and condensed milk in a bowl and whisk until fully combined. Bottle and set aside for service.
