1 jar (16 oz.) - sesame tahini

3 T - honey

2 T - fresh minced garlic

1/2 cup - fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup - fresh lime juice

This is a go-to sauce for serving with grilled chicken or veggies, dollop on salads, or rice bowls. A pantry condiment must.

Chef’s Notes:

  • You can add other zests to this recipe, such as lime or orange.
  • For a Latin spin, replace the lemon with more lime juice and process in 1/2 a bunch of fresh cilantro, avocado, and a few pickled jalapeños. Delete the soy and season with kosher salt.
  • For more intense flavor, add more garlic, soy, and honey.
  • When serving sprinkle with toasted white and black sesame seeds.
  • Add in your favorite ground spices, such as curry, cumin, or coriander.
