Burnt Onion Honey Mustard

INGREDIENTS

16 oz. - Vidallia onion (coins)

1/4 cup - olive oil

2 oz. - butter, melted

1/4 cup - Dijon mustard

1/4 cup - honey

1/2 tsp. - kosher salt

1 T - fresh rosemary

DIRECTIONS

Toss the onions in the olive oil and grill to achieve char.

Remove from the grill and toss with butter and roast in a 375°F oven for an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.

Transfer to a blender and blend with remaining ingredients (except rosemary) until smooth.

Fold in the chopped rosemary. Reserve.
