Green with Envy Honey Splash
YIELD: Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
5 - cucumber slices
1-3 - dill sprigs
1 oz. - honey green tea syrup (recipe below)
1 oz. - lime juice
cucumber slices and dill sprig, for garnish
For Honey Green Tea Syrup:
2 cups - wildflower honey
1 cup - hot brewed green tea
DIRECTIONS
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber slices with the dill and honey green tea syrup.
Add the lime juice.
Top with ice and shake vigorously.
Garnish with cucumber slices and dill sprig.
For Honey Green Tea Syrup:
Combine wildflower with green tea and stir until dissolved. Bottle and refrigerate until needed.
