Honey CocoBerry Cooler
YIELD: Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
5-7 - blueberries
2 oz. - wildflower honey water (recipe below)
3 oz. - coconut water
splash of sparkling water
frozen blueberries, for garnish
For Wildflower Honey Water:
2 cups - wildflower honey
1 cup - hot water
DIRECTIONS
In a cocktail shaker, muddle 5 blueberries with the wildflower honey water.
Add the coconut water and top with ice.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into an iced glass and top with a splash of club soda.
Top and mix in frozen blueberries.
For Wildflower Honey Water:
Combine honey and hot water and stir until dissolved. Bottle and refrigerate until needed.
