Honey Coconut Colada

YIELD: Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz. - aged rum
1 1/2 oz. - coconut water
1 1/2 oz. - coconut milk
1 1/2 oz. - clover honey water
grilled pineapple stick, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
For Grilled Pineapple: Slice the skin off of a pineapple, length-wise. Slice into 1/2" round slices. Grill on HIGH for 4 minutes per side, to make grill marks. Cut grilled pineapple slices in strips and set aside.
For Clover Honey Water: Combine two parts clover honey to one part hot water. Stir until dissolved.
Combine all the ingredients in a tall glass filled with ice. Stir. Garnish with a grilled pineapple stick.
