Honey Fizz

YIELD: Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz. - vodka, premium

1/2 oz. - elderflower liquor

2 bar spoons - wildflower honey

1/4 oz. - lemon juice

1/4 oz. - simple syrup

1 3/4 oz. - prosecco

1 - lemon twist

DIRECTIONS

In a shaker, combine vodka, elderflower liquor, wildflower honey, lemon juice and simple syrup.

Stir with a bar spoon until all the honey is thoroughly incorporated. Add ice and shake well.

Strain into a martini glass and top with Prosecco.

Garnish with a lemon twist.

Serve immediately.
