Honey Greek Yogurt and Cherry Smoothie
YIELD: Makes 3, 8 oz. servings
INGREDIENTS
12 oz.
-red cherries
,fresh, pitted, frozen
1/2 oz.
-beet juice
,fresh
8 1/2 oz.
-2 % greek yogurt
3 oz.
-honey
3 T
-almonds
,sliced, toasted (garnish)
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour 3, 8 oz. portions and serve immediately with a tablespoon of toasted, sliced almonds to garnish.
