Honey Hibiscus Spritzer

YIELD: Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

4 oz. - honey hibiscus water (recipe below)

3 oz. - club soda

hibiscus flower, for garnish

For Honey Hibiscus Water:

1 T - hibiscus flowers

1 cup - hot water

1/2 cup - orange blossom honey

DIRECTIONS

Add the honey hibiscus water in a tall glass with ice.

Top with club soda and stir.

For Honey Hibiscus Water:

Combine hibiscus flower, hot water and orange blossom honey and stir until dissolved and steep for 3 minutes. Strain. Bottle and refrigerate until needed.
