Honey Lavender Fizz
YIELD: Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
3 oz. - honey lavender water (recipe below)
3 oz. - club soda
1 1/2 oz. - blanc vermouth, optional
For Honey Lavender Water:
2 cups - wildflower honey
1 cup - hot water
5-10 - culinary lavender sprigs
DIRECTIONS
Fill a glass with ice and add the honey lavender water.
Add vermouth, if desired.
Top with club soda and stir well.
For Honey Lavender Water:
Add all the ingredients to a pot and bring to a simmer for 3-5 minutes. Let sit for at least 30 minutes. Strain, bottle, refrigerate until needed.
