Honey of a Dressing

YIELD: Makes 3/4 cup

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup - red wine vinegar

1/3 cup - honey

1/2 tsp. - diced oregano, crushed

1/2 tsp. - salt

1/4 tsp. - ground pepper

1/8 tsp. - cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS

Combine vinegar and honey; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients.
