Honeymelon Cooler

YIELD: Makes 1 serving


3 oz. - fresh watermelon juice

2 oz. - wildflower honey water (recipe below)

3 oz. - club soda

watermelon slice and watermelon candy seeds, for garnish

For Wildflower Honey Water:

2 cups - wildflower honey

1 cup - hot water


Combine all the watermelon juice and honey water in a tall glass with ice.

Top with club soda and stir well.

Garnish and serve.

For Wildflower Honey Water:

Combine wildflower honey and hot water and stir until dissolved. Bottle and refrigerate until needed.
