Zen Garden
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz. - alfalfa honey water
3/4 oz. - lemon juice
1/2 oz. - yuzu juice / puree
2 oz. - club soda
tarragon, for garnish
thin lemon wheel, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker (except the club soda) with ice.
Shake vigorously.
Add the club soda and strain into an iced glass.
Garnish.
TIP
Add 1 1/2 oz. sake for a low ABV version.
Enjoy as a cocktail by adding 1 1/2 oz. tequila, mezcal or cachaca.
